Possibly the worst fries and hushpuppies I ever had (like they were fried from frozen but still too mushy inside). But the fish sandwich was fine. And they have a chill vibe, good music, and cheap prices so I ain’t complaining.

Alex Wright helped me tonight and he was "right" on it when it when it came to customer service . I have not eaten at Captain D's until recently however the staff is always friendly and helpful no matter how busy or hectic it is. As a ride share driver I appreciate a quick meal with clean restrooms and friendly staff. I go there often now and am always grateful for all the staff. I tried the grilled white fish with grilled shrimp tonight....DELICIOUS. Great quick food and the price is amazing

Drive through experience only. Service was quick. Order was correct. Staff was efficient and friendly. Speaker for order could use replacement. It was difficult to hear and obviously old. Ordered a 15 piece shrimp dinner and a small coke. Total was a lot over 14.00. For one person in my opinion expensive. Everything tasted okay but the macaroni and cheese leaves something to be desired.

Shorted 1 star because the location wasn't open at 11a like the website and sign stated. But once we got inside the service and food made up for it! The young lady working the front counter was AMAZING and was very informative! Hate I didn't catch her name, she needs praise! It took a little while to get our food but it was hot and fresh! I definitely don't mind the wait if the quality is up to par! I'll definitely stop at this location again! Everything was great... Thanks Captain D's staff

I went today and for the first time in months here, my food was perfect. Hot and super fresh food and fast, friendly service during peak rush hours. I am a Manager and this is the type of service that customers expect every visit and it keeps customers returning. I didn’t personally get to thank the cashier who was very polite and showed a sense of urgency. The name on my receipt says Nicosha. Thanks Nicosha for your fast, friendly service. Lunch was awesome. Keep up the great work

Located I n an area full of burger businesses, this prime location has the potential to be a game changer. Dated interior and equipment. With a few attention to details interiorly, exteriorly along with a power washing, this place could potentially and easily have more orders daily.
